Jonathan Church Productions has extensive experience in General Management services in London's West End, across the UK and internationally. 

Our services include: 

Financial
Budget preparation including recoupment schedules; preparation of

accounts and a cash flow, regular financial reporting; post production

financial reporting and alongside the accountant, working to submit

a TTR claim. Infrastructure to operate payroll. 

Creative Consultation
Acting as consultants in the creative process and advising on

key creative personnel if and when required.

Contracting
Negotiate and draw up contracts for creative team personnel,
actors, stage management and production staff within the agreed
budget; advising on key production personnel. We have strong

existing relationships with specialist legal advisers.

Pre-Production Management and Administration
Working with the Producers and the Production Manager to draw up
production, rehearsal and technical schedules and design deadlines. 

Organising rehearsal rooms; audition spaces; ensuring that the creative

team have everything that they require prior to and during rehearsals.


Press, Marketing and Ticketing
Attending meetings where necessary and working with the Producers

to draw up a marketing/press campaign; monitoring spend; ensuring
that the budget is effectively spent; providing requested documentation
for the chosen marketing and press agencies; being the point
of contact for day to day marketing administration; supporting and
advising as requested on ticket pricing strategy; undertaking regular
sales reporting.

Press Night / Tickets
Organising and delivering Press Night and all ticket requests on behalf

of the Producers; coordinating tickets for SOLT members in relation to

Olivier nominations. Managing house seat requests throughout a West End run.

General Management
Ensuring the ongoing support of the production team and actors
during the run of the show; making regular contact with the stage
management team to ensure that the show is running smoothly;

dealing with daily issues as they arise including sickness and other

absences, disciplinary and grievance issues; issues relating to unions.

Investment
Drawing up investment documents; managing investment and investors
on behalf of the Producers. Providing Producers with information to
allow regular updates to the Investors.


Future Life
Advising on potential territories for future presentation; drawing up
budgets for international / UK touring as required; negotiating deals
as appropriate; managing the tours accordingly (including visas,
immigration etc).
